Process of Dog Transportation to the USA:

Puppies from Hungary can travel to the USA starting at 10 weeks of age. However, due to the ban on ear cropping in Europe, only puppies at least 10 weeks old with intact ears and tails can be transported to specific cities in the USA, such as :

San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Washington, New York, and Boston.

For cities like New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, and Boston, puppies can be transported at a minimum age of 15 weeks,if they are cropped or with their ears and tails intact.

The cost of travel depends on the destination airport, size, and weight of the dog. Currently, there is a significant price difference between transporting a 10-week-old puppy (around $1500) and a 15-week-old puppy (around $1800).

It is also possible to transport two puppies in the same crate, provided they are the same age, breed, and their combined weight does not exceed 18 kg (36 lbs) This option costs approximately $200 more than transporting a single puppy.

Exchange rates between euros and dollars will affect the final prices.

For specific and up-to-date rates, inquiries can be made with the cargo company We usually deal with and we do connect you with, but also their is always an option to use your preferred cargo company.

Before entering the USA, it is necessary to hire a broker, with an average handling fee of $200. We can connect you with one if you haven't imported a dog yet.

Process of Purchasing a Puppy:

1. After reserving the puppy, the full payment must be made before transportation can occur.

2. The payment must be credited to the seller's account at least 3 days before departure.

3. The transportation fee must be directly transferred to the cargo company, as per their arrangement.

4. We handle the entire process, ensuring smooth coordination between the buyer and the cargo company. And we get all documentation necessary for shipping such as European Pet Passport & government health certificate.

5. The buyer needs to fulfill two tasks: complete the financial obligations and be present at the agreed-upon time to receive the puppy, as indicated on the Airway Bill (AWB).

Terms and Conditions:

1. Blue Bloodline Kennel does not assume any responsibility for the puppy's later development or developmental abnormalities unless they are directly attributable to genetic inheritance and supported by veterinary documentation from a qualified veterinarian (except for dysplasia) which, based on current scientific knowledge, cannot be definitively established as congenital (i.e., not identifiable at birth and significantly influenced by environmental conditions).

2. The buyer is obligated to notify the seller within 24 hours from the puppy's receipt if any signs of abnormalities are observed, which likely existed prior to the handover. The buyer must obtain a medical report to avoid potential warranty disputes.

3. The breeder does not assume responsibility for any future accidents or acute illnesses of the puppy. As a guarantee, the breeder pledges the following: If it can be proven that the purchased dog was acquired with breeding rights and at the time of purchase had a genetic disease or disorder that can be clearly attributed to hereditary factors and significantly impacts the health condition of the dog or its future offspring, resulting in definite health impairment, then the breeder commits to offering a puppy of the same color, sex, and similar physical structure without any charge from the next available litter but no later than within 24 months.

The cost of animal transportation will continue to be the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer acknowledges that in the case of live animals (even with proper selection and breeding of healthy individuals), it is not possible to provide a 100% guarantee in certain situations. Therefore, no liability can be claimed, and a refund cannot be requested under any circumstances.

Registration and Documentation: The buyer understands that the puppy will be provided with either an ICCF or FCI registration slip/certificate, as agreed upon.

The breeder guarantees to assist the buyer in fulfilling the registration requirements at either of the clubs. The issuance of the registration or pedigree certificate is solely the responsibility of the respective club, and the breeder will ensure the timely processing of the documentation.

4. Non-Breeding Agreement: If the puppy is purchased without breeding rights, the buyer has the discretion to spay/neuter the dog or leave it intact. However, the buyer agrees to refrain from any breeding activities that may promote the dog's reproduction, considering any potential breed standard faults (excluding coat colour and markings and eye color) that could be unethical for future offspring.

The breeder is not liable for any such breeding decisions, as the buyer is well-informed about the breed's origin, history, and the current standards set by the respective clubs.

Non-Breeding Agreement with Cosmetic Imperfections: In the case of a puppy purchased without breeding rights, it is common (but not in all cases) that the puppy may possess certain cosmetic imperfections that do not align with the favoured anatomy and do not warrant further breeding. For instance, the dental alignment may not be perfect or may not conform to the breed standard, or there could be a curvature or deformity in the tail vertebrae. The puppy may have previously undergone hernia repair, and the testicles or testicle(s) may not be palpable within the scrotum, indicating prior neutering performed by the breeder's veterinarian. These cosmetic imperfections do not directly impact the dog's overall health. The buyer acknowledges and accepts that these cosmetic discrepancies are not indicative of the puppy's genetic merit for further breeding.

5. Health and Genetic Responsibility:

In the case of a puppy purchased with breeding rights and intention, the puppy is guaranteed to have fully developed external and internal reproductive organs at birth. However, the breeder cannot be held responsible for hormonal, thyroid, bacterial, or viral diseases that may occur later in the dog's life. The breeder will not be held liable for any show results achieved in the future. The buyer agrees to publicly display the puppy's full registered name in any future litters or breeding advertisements, show results, and social media platforms, without attempting to hide it from the public, thereby acknowledging and honoring the breeder's efforts. In the event that the buyer violates the conditions listed below, the buyer acknowledges that no guarantees are provided by the breeder.
